Alejandro López Ruiz is an Architect and Project Manager at Alfareal, where he is involved in the design, technical development, and execution of real estate projects across the company’s Coliving, Flex Living, Senior Living, and urban regeneration portfolio.
He contributes throughout the project lifecycle, from preliminary studies and architectural design to permitting, technical coordination, construction supervision, and project delivery. Working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and public authorities, Alejandro helps ensure that projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, functionality, and design.
Before joining Alfareal, Alejandro worked at Dobleldesign, where he specialized in architecture, interior design, and residential renovation projects in Madrid, gaining experience in project development, technical documentation, budgeting, and construction coordination.
Alejandro holds a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
