Alejandro Moreno
Senior Hospitality Manager
Alejandro Moreno is Senior Hospitality Manager at Trees Coliving and Harmonices, where he leads the commercial strategy, resident experience, and hospitality operations across the group’s Coliving, Flex Living, and Senior Living assets. He is responsible for defining commercial objectives, optimizing occupancy and pricing, overseeing the hospitality team, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience throughout the resident journey.
Before joining the Alfareal Group, he was Asset Manager at Flipco, responsible for managing Flex Living assets in Madrid and mid-stay and tourism assets in Málaga. He also worked as a real estate sales consultant at ARGIS Living and gained experience in the insurance sector at ASISA and Aegon, where he led sales teams and managed client portfolios.
He holds degrees in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence programs (Metropolitan University CENDECO) and Marketing (UCAB CIAP).
