Asset & Property Manager
Cariana Rabottini is Asset & Property Manager at Alfareal, where she oversees the operational performance and maintenance of the company’s real estate portfolio while coordinating the day-to-day management of Trees Coliving and Harmonices properties.
Her responsibilities include supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating contractors and service providers, monitoring asset conditions, controlling operational and capital expenditure, and supporting refurbishment and construction projects across the group’s portfolio.
Before joining Alfareal, Cariana held operations and maintenance management roles in Spain and Venezuela, where she gained experience in project coordination, infrastructure maintenance, budget control, contractor management, and technical operations across industrial and real estate environments.
Cariana holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela) and has completed additional training in occupational risk prevention, electrical safety, logistics, and quality management.
