Daniela Vásquez is Hospitality Manager at Trees Coliving and Harmonices, where she supports the commercial management and resident experience across the group’s Living assets.
She manages the resident journey from the first enquiry through check-in and throughout each resident’s stay. Daniela is also involved in lead management, property visits, occupancy optimization, customer service, and the coordination of day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality hospitality experience.
Before joining the Alfareal Group, Daniela gained experience in marketing, communications, and commercial management across the real estate and consumer sectors in Spain and Colombia. Her background includes digital marketing, lead generation, customer relationship management, and content creation, providing her with a strong customer-focused perspective.
Daniela holds a degree in Communication and Journalism from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente (Colombia) and a Master's degree in Marketing Management and Commercial Management from UNIE Universidad in Madrid.
As Hospitality Manager, Daniela is committed to delivering an excellent resident experience while contributing to the continued growth of Trees Coliving and Harmonices through service quality and operational excellence.
