Vernon Bell
Hospitality Manager
Vernon is Hospitality Manager at Trees Coliving and Harmonices, where he is responsible for commercial management, resident experience, and the day-to-day hospitality operations across the group’s Living assets. His responsibilities include managing the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, coordinating resident onboarding, monitoring commercial KPIs, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout each resident’s stay.
Previously, he worked as a Real Estate Associate at Soluciones Inmobiliarias (Panama), where he managed relationships with property owners and tenants in leasing and sales processes. He also gained experience in the construction materials sector at Hormigón S.A., performing quality control tests on concrete mixes according to ASTM standards, supporting the implementation of operational processes, and monitoring material inventories.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technological University of Panama and a Master’s in Project Management from EAE Business School. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
